WATER BASED EYELINER: 6 colors can glow under UV/blacklight,it is NOT waterproof(01 palette has 4 glow color, 02 palette has 2 glow color).  Not mess or transfer.  No crack and won't fade until it's removed.   Smudgeproof eyeliner apply on smoothly and dry pretty fast and are easy to remove with soapy warm water or wipes

HOW TO USE:

Method 1: Apply a amount of water ( not too much ) into the color cake,stir the color cake with the coming brush, then start to use it on the area you want.   

Method 2: Wetting the brush to mix the paint directly in the pan makes it easy to control the opacity.   TIPS FOR STARTER:Spray the brush with the water then dip into the pigment.  Make it less liquidy and it is will easier to work with.
